Introducing Spark business templates
Copy a business that already works, and then ask Spark to make it your own
Even with the latest AI tools, going from idea to a business is hard. You need a website, a way for customers to sign up and pay, and tools to keep track of what they bought.
Today we launched the Spark business templates, so you can start a new business in a couple of clicks. Just pick a template, add it to your Spark account, and you’re ready to start selling.
What a business template is
Each Spark business template is a real business built on Spark, with its website, payments, and tools already set up. When you start from a template, Spark copies it into your account. Then you ask Spark to change it: the name, the look, the products and the prices.
You can open the live site for any template before you start, and try it the same way a new customer would.
What comes with each business template
- A website - Publish it free at a spark.site address, or on your own domain with a paid plan
- Payments - Customers pay you directly through your own Stripe account, and Spark sets up the products and prices for you
- Tools to run it - These depend on the business. PrettyPostcard has a Postbox that lists the paid cards waiting to be printed and posted, while the Game Assets template has a tool to generate new game assets
The idea behind each template is that you could sell the product starting from day one, but you can also use Spark to customize it for your customers and your idea.

What it costs
Starting is free, and you can publish on Spark’s free plan at a spark.site address.
When you’re ready to take payments or use your own domain, you’ll need a paid plan, which starts at $25 a month. See pricing for the details.
Where to start
Browse the business templates and click through a few live sites. When one looks close to your idea, choose Start with this and tell Spark what to change.
If none of them fits, describe your own idea and Spark will build it from scratch.
