Ask Spark for changes

Your template comes with the Spark agent. Ask for changes, and Spark will update your project.

  • Make it for runners, with distance and pace instead of sets and reps.

  • Set Pro to $12 a month with 30 days free.

  • Name it after my gym and make it blue.

  • Add a 6-week program for first pull-ups.

  • Most trials end without upgrading. Want me to show members their progress on day 10?

  • Should I add a library page for each exercise with how to do it?

What you don't have to pay for

Each price is a typical small-business plan, billed monthly. Card fees apply either way.

Common questions

What does it cost?

Nothing to start, and you can publish on Spark's free plan at a spark.site address. Taking payments and using your own domain need a paid plan, from $25 a month. See pricing.

Do my lifters need an account?

Yes. They sign in with an email code, and their workouts, routines and PRs are kept under it.

How does the Pro trial work?

A new lifter gets 14 days of Pro with no card. Pro is one subscription, monthly or annual, and you can also grant Pro free to anyone from Members & growth.

Does it work with no signal?

Yes while Rackside is open: sets are saved on the phone and sent when the connection returns. Open it before you lose signal, since a page can't load with no network at all.

Does it connect to Apple Health or wearables?

No.

Do I get the original's customers or domain?

No, those stay with the original business, and you choose your own address.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Ask for changes in plain words.

Who can I ask before starting?

Email support@spark.site and we'll answer.
